- Move out left foot into long stance facing North West with double lower block.
- Right leg raise and all the way back to same stance - double lower block.
- Right leg front kick, bring kicking foot down next to your standing (left) foot. Move left foot back into log stance - double lower block.
- Left leg raise and all the way back - double lower block.
- Left leg front kick, bring kicking foot down next to your standing (right) foot. Move right foot forward (North East) into long stance - double lower block.
- Left leg raise and all the way back to same stance - double lower block.
- Left leg front kick, bring kicking foot down next to your standing (right) foot. Move right foot back into long stance - double lower block.
- Right leg raise and all the way back - double lower block.
- Right leg front kick, bring kicking foot down next to standing (left) foot - double lower block.
- Move left foot forward North West into long stance - KIHAP!
That's it. If you're performing for an instructor or examiner, wait until they give you the command to return to ready stance. Bare in mind the finishing position for this Kibom is different to the start.
This one is great for warming up as it's essentially a combination of front leg raising (Ap Cha Olligi) and front kick (Ap Chagi) with changes in direction to keep it interesting.
