Taegeuk O Jang, the fifth Official WTF Taekwondo Taegeuk Pattern (Poomse) symbolises Wind. This pattern introduces hammer fist, back fist and elbow strikes, a simple grab/release technique and cross stance.
Pay special attention to the mid section blocks and backfist strikes as in the images they look very similar.
You'll need to get this pattern right for Blue Belt (4th Kup).
It consists of 20 moves.
