Taegeuk Yuk Jang, the sixth Official WTF Taekwondo Taegeuk Pattern (Poomse) symbolises Water. This pattern introduces turning kick and palm blocks.
You'll need to get this pattern right for Blue Belt with Red Tags (3rd Kup).
Be warned - this is arguably the most difficult of the Taegeuk patterns. In particular, remembering that patterns should start and finish on the same spot, this one will test your stances to the limit.
It consists of 20 moves.
