Begin at Choonbi (Ready Stance).
- Move out your left foot into horse riding stance (Joochum Sogi) and perform left arm inner mid section block facing forward followed by right arm inner mid section block.
- Shift into long stance right leg forward (facing North East) and left arm knife hand strike (neck height).
- Switch to long stance left leg forward (facing North West) and right arm knife hand strike (neck height).
- Switch to long stance right leg forward (facing North East) and perform lower knife hand block.
- Switch to long stance left leg forward (facing North West) and perform lower knife hand block.
- Back to horse riding stance facing North - left then right high section punch - KIHAP!
That's it. If you're performing for an instructor or examiner, wait until they give you the command to return to ready stance.
Like the first hand technique, this one is fairly easy to remember. Because the stances all happen in the same position it can be practiced easily anywhere.
