Three step sparring (Sebon Qurogee) is perhaps the hardest to learn as there are more steps to remember!

- All routines here are forĀ right side only, reverse for left side.
- Inner and outer forearm descriptions taken from arm hanging at side with palm back.
- To work out which block I am describing put the currect part of the arm on the stated side of the attacking punch.
- The attacks are the same for the first five sequences, hence the attacks are listed just once. The only difference in the sixth attack is the punch going to high section.
Attacks 1-5
- Ready position.
- Right leg back, long stance, left arm lower block.
- Right leg forwards, long stance, right arm mid section punch.
- Left leg forwards, long stance, left arm mid section punch.
- Right leg forwards, long stance, right arm mid section punch.
- Ready position
Defense 1
- Ready Position.
- Right leg back, long stance, left arm middle block (to outside of attackers' punch).
- Left leg back, long stance, right arm middle block (to outside of attackers' punch).
- Right leg back, long stance, left arm middle block (to outside of attackers' punch).
- Slide left leg forwards into long stance, right arm punch to floating ribs.
- Ready Position.
Defense 2
- Ready position.
- Left leg back, long stance, right arm middle block (to inside of attackers' punch).
- Right leg back, long stance, left arm middle block (to inside of attackers' punch).
- Left leg back, long stance, right arm middle block (to inside of attackers' punch).
- Right leg across in horse riding stance, right arm elbow to body (left hand supports right fist).
- Ready Position.
Defense 3
- Ready position.
- Right leg back, long stance, left arm outer forearm block (to inside of attackers' punch).
- Left leg back, long stance, right arm outer forearm block (to inside of attackers' punch).
- Right leg back and to side, left leg front kick, land forwards long stance, double punch to mid section.

Defense 4
- Ready position.
- Right leg back, back stance, left arm middle block (to outside of attackers' punch).
- Left leg back, back stance, right arm middle block (to outside of attackers' punch).
- Right leg back and to the side, left leg side kick, land back, guard and block in back stance.
- Ready position.
Defense 5
- Ready position.
- Left leg back, back stance, right arm inner forearm middle block (to inside of attackers' punch).
- Right leg back, back stance, left arm inner forearm middle block (to inside of attackers' punch).
- Left leg out to side, right leg turning kick to mid section (under the attackers' punch), pull back into back stance double knife hand guarding block.
