Attack 1
- Ready Position
- Back stance, guard and block
- Front kick, side kick
Defense 1
- Ready Position
- Step back with right leg, low block with left hand
- Step to the left, side kick with right leg and finish in back stance guard and block.
Attack 2
- Ready Position
- Back Stance, guard and block
- Front kick, turning kick
Defense 2
- Ready Position
- Step back with left leg, right hand block; step to the left with left foot, back on right foot and execute a turning kicck with the left leg to mid section. Pull back, guard and block
Attack 3
- Ready Position
- Back Stance, guard and block
- Front kick, back kick
Defense 3
- Ready Position
- Step back with left leg, right hand block;step across to the right with back kick, pull back guard and block
